DANICON CONTAINER SERVICES was founded in 1988 in New York City as Dania Intermodal Company – building on two decades of experience in international container shipping, intermodal container trading, leasing, and sales.
The name Dania Intermodal Company changed a couple of times over the years reflecting our various businesses into DANICON CONTAINER SERVICES.

DANICON was the first container trading company in North America on the Internet (or the World Wide Web as it was known then) when our website www.danicon.com went online in 1996.

In 1997 DANICON relocated to South Florida together with our associated company, QUANTUM TANKS, we are headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
